You may all know the "XXX for Dummies" Books. You can already buy "Cheese for Dummies" and "Opera for Dummies" and of course you get "Dieting for Dummies". Many of these books are just an overview over many different ideas without an recommendation what would be best for you. As I already told you it is not a very goof idea to choose a weight loss diet plan that tells you to only eat one special kind of food. So I was glad to find a reasonable diet that convinced me immediately because of the completely different approach. My sister tried it and really lost weight in a very short time. Not exactly the promised 9 lbs. every 11 days but enough to go on with Fat Loss 4 Idiots. You think that this is a strange name for a diet. Well, I think it is the perfect name. You dont have to be an idiot but even them will have success with Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

Good question. Lots of people invented millions of weight loss diets. Most diets are based on eating just one thing and avoiding the rest.


Believe me, if you only eat tropical fruits, eggs or steaks you will never loose weight for ever. Just for a few month. Sooner or later you will have a least the same weight as before. In most cases you will have more.
